B. EMOM for 10 Minutes:

Odd: 3 DB Power Snatches per Arm

Even: 30 Seconds of Burpees

 

C. E2MOM for 10 Minutes:

5 Strict Chin Ups + 10 Ring Rows

 

SPORT

A. 15 Minutes:

Work up to a HEAVY DB Snatch per Arm

 

B. EMOM for 10 Minutes:

Odd: 3 DB Snatches per Arm

Even: 9 Burpees to 6” Target

 

C. E2MOM for 10 Minutes:
