A. 15 Minutes:

Work up to a HEAVY KB/DB Power Snatch per Arm

 

B. EMOM for 10 Minutes:

Odd: 5 KB/DB Power Snatches

Even: 5 Burpees + 20 Seconds JRS

 

C. E2MOM for 10 Minutes:

5 Strict Pull Ups + 10 Ring Rows

 

SPORT

A. 15 Minutes:

Work up to a HEAVY KB Power Snatch per Arm

 

B. EMOM for 10 Minutes:

Odd: 5 KB Power Snatches

Even: 5 KB Facing Burpees + 30 DU’s

 

C. E2MOM for 10 Minutes:
