Minute 3: 20-30 Seconds Hollow Rock Hold

 

B. E2MOM for 12 Minutes:

2 “DB Bear Complexes”

4 Box Jumps Step Downs

8 Pull Ups

 

SPORT

Minute 2: 6 Pistols per Leg

Minute 3: 12 Hollow Rocks

 

B. E2MOM for 12 Minutes:

2 “Bear Complexes” @ 70% 1RM C&J
