5 Half Kneel or L-Sit Should Presses

 

B. 15 Minute EMOM:

Minute 1: 10 DB Pull Overs

Minute 2: 10 Push Ups

Minute 3: 5 DB Step Ups per Leg

 

SPORT

A. 7 Sets of:

3 Weighted Chin Ups

5 Strict HSPU’s or Deficit HSPU’s

 

B. 15 Minute EMOM:

Minute 1: 10 Pull Ups

Minute 2: 10 Push Presses 115/85

Minute 3: 10 Box Jump 30/24
