Adam just can’t get enough of Olympic Weightlifting! He loves to share his passion for fitness with his clients. He is a direct trainer but varies his teaching methods to get an optimal workout for both himself and his clients. You will find him rockin’ out to Eminem, Hendrix and ACDC in the gym. He hates to row long distances but knows that even doing the things he hates will help him achieve his goal of long-term health and well being – a philosophy that he shares with those who work out with him.
