Individual Coaching Client

Onsite training individuals who require specialized attention, whether they are rehabilitating from an injury, they have been sedentary for an extended amount of time, they want to specialize in one aspect of sport training (i.e. rugby, hockey, football, triathlon, speed skating, etc), or would like to improve specific areas in their fitness or performance. We offer various packages for Individual Coaching.

Remote Coaching Client

We offer Remote Coaching for those who do not live close to our facility or to those who choose to workout a location of their choice. Remote Coaching Clients (RCC) receive a 30 min phone consultation every 6 weeks, daily, monthly or weekly individualize exercise program design, individualized nutritional analysis and prescription as required, and ongoing email support. An initial phone consultation is required before beginning.

Program Design Client

Onsite training with your own Individual Program Design. Client chooses to work out with the energy and support of the NOVA environment. Clients receive receive a 30 min inperson consultation every 6 weeks, daily, monthly or weekly individualize exercise program design, individualized nutritional analysis and prescription as required, and ongoing email support.  An initial on site consultation is required before beginning.
