Death by pull ups

*This is an EMOM adding 1 rep every minute until the athlete can no longer complete the next amount in the minute.  minute 1, 1 pull up, minute 2 is 2, minute 3 is 3 pull ups until they can no longer complete the amount.  For some athletes it may be 10, for more advanced athletes, this can turn into a 20 minute workout.  This is a great time to work with all levels of athletes, from the most scaled using ring rows, to challenging some of our better athletes to use butterfly pull ups, or strict pull ups.  The possibilities for training and improvement at all levels is endless ere, and a good day to go over the skills and elements of pull ups
